Full Irish for breakfast, including an egg, two sausages, ham, blood sausage, fried hash browns, beans, and tomato! Then, as a pre-dinner snack, curry cheese fries. It’s exactly what it sounds like, fries covered in cheese and curry, and it’s absolutely delicious.
We’re staying in the Brú Hostel, located right in downtown cork. So far it’s been great, and they’ve been surprisingly good at dealing with 30+ American rugby players! More to come on that, I’ll post my review later.
Soon, we’ll be off to dinner, and then around town!
